We're Back!

Hey friends! We took a long break from good ol' True Serendipity but we are back! Here are the major highlights from the last year and a half.

We started a YouTube Channel (Summer of 2016) Then we stopped posting on it (just like here, haha). We did end up getting some really fun videos up for an entire summer though, so definitely check that out here if you're interested.  We're going to start working on this again. so stay tuned and subscribe! :) There's going to be a really exciting update on there very soon!

We took a family vacation to Hawaii Yep! Adrienne's best childhood friend, Kelley, got married and made the best decision ever to tie the knot in the most gorgeous location possible. Thanks Kel! So the Kolb/Biehl/Resh/Nelson Clan made a family vacation of it. You can see more about that trip in a blog post and some YouTube Videos. It was such a fun trip, and I think probably the first one that we've ever made all together!

We had visitors Yes, Adrienne's dad came to visit a few times, as well as her sister and Mom. Jason's parents came to visit, and brought with them our cute niece and nephews! Ariel and Kayla come to stay with us every once in awhile and we love that! We love having visitors, so come on by! (I'm sorry if I missed you!)

Jason graduated college! That's right, we're all done at BYU! We loved our time as "students," but we're also definitely happy to be done with that stage of life. And we're still in Provo, so we're still enjoying football games and Provo festivities. After a few stressful months of interviews and searching high and low for the right job for him, he got one with a great company and we're very happy with it! He's been at Bamboo HR for almost a year now.

Adrienne started her own business! I finally found what I'm passionate about and it's nutrition (food, surprise, surprise!). So I found the perfect program for me (Nutritional Therapy Association) and became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Consultant. I now see one on one clients and help them make better food choices and reach their health goals through real food. My company is called Hello Nourished Life. And I love it! (I'm also a nanny and love that as well.)

Visited *almost* all the temples in Utah! This was a goal of ours since we moved here, and we are finally almost done. It was fun because some of them were pretty far (looking at you, Monticello!) and so we made a weekend of it. Like for that one we visited the 4 Corners (Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona), and stayed in a cute B&B. We still have St. George and Cedar City.

We traveled quite a bit! Traveling is important to us, and we're looking forward to doing more and more. Over the last 2 years, we went to Hawaii a few times (once for our anniversary!), Sedona (also for our anniversary!), Colorado (for a nutrition training), San Diego (for a bowl game), Arizona (to visit family and friends) again, Oxnard, CA for the LaGrasta Family Reunion, and of course home to Sonora to see our families. Maybe a few more places. But you can see most of the places on Hello Nourished Life!

We bought a house!!! Probably one of the more exciting updates! Yes, we bought the cutest little (kind of little) home in Provo. It was built almost 100 years ago (99) and has so much character. Come visit, we've got lots of space!

Here's the best update of all, we got a DOG!!! MEET TANK! He is seriously the best. We knew we wanted a dog, but one day in January 2018 we just went to *look* at the humane society and the next day, Tank was ours. He was just too cute and sweet and absolutely ours to not take him home. He loves going on walks, car rides, and he needs all the attention (which we're perfectly fine with). We love him sooo much! He's a Chocolate Lab Mix, and we think the "mix" is Chesapeake Retriever.

Adrienne went to Girls Camp Earlier this year I was called to serve as Young Women President (for those who don't know, in the LDS church, the members are asked to serve in positions that are volunteer, not paid, in order to help things run smoothly). It's a small group of amazing young women that I already love so much. We went to girls camp which was 5 days of no showers, sleeping in A-frame cabins (no electricity or water or anything, literally just boards and nails). It was a wonderful experience! I even learned about snipe hunting (if you don't know what that is, I won't ruin it for you).

We have another exciting update coming, but I'll save that for a separate post soon :)

Thanks for stopping by! Stay tuned for lots more to come from the IncrediBiehls!
