Stand in Holy Places

Last week, Jason and I attended the Open House for the Payson, Utah Temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. 

Right now, the temple is open to the public. Anyone (yes, anyone) is free to go inside and enjoy it's beauty and spirit, and learn about temples and why we have them. 

On June 7, the temple will be dedicated. After it's been dedicated, only members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with a valid temple recommend may may go inside. 

All temples are beautiful, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. It was so different than any others that I've seen, and so spacious. The intricate details inside were gorgeous. There was an incredible grand staircase and so many stained glass windows! It was breathtaking with the sunlight shining through. We just loved it.

If you get a chance to go to the temple open house, or ANY temple open house, GO!! It's such a wonderful experience.
